Our Remanufacturing Process...

Parts Acquisition: Parts are obtained from several sources;
  1. From our current customers.
  2. Our "Rebate Program", for companies who have not yet started recycling their cartridges.
  3. Vendors that are engaged in buying /selling empty cartridges.

Screening cartridges: Cartridges are examined to determine their condition. Only those cartridges or internal parts found acceptable continue through our remanufacturing process.

Preparing facility: At this point, the production area is cleaned to eliminate any possibility of cross contamination of toners used in previous production runs.

Disassembly: Each cartridge is separated into it's basic components. Even though each cartridge was previously examined, internal parts wear at different rates and are continuously inspected throughout the entire process.

Cleaning: Old toner, paper particles and other debris are removed from each individual component. This is done in a specially designed cleaning room equipped with air filtration, vacuum, compressed air and a toner reclamation system.

Adjustments: Parts are calibrated to insure proper mechanical performance, particularly even toner distribution.
Different cartridges use different types of toners. We only use toners specifically formulated to be used in a particular type of cartridge, and to be compatible with the OPC drum to ensure exceptional print quality.

Assembly: Each component is continuously inspected and carefully repositioned to produce a cartridge. At this time, the cartridge does not yet bear the NewproNet name.

Quality Control: Each cartridge is then post-tested, going through painstaking procedures to verify it's mechanical performance, print density and for defects not previously detected, to mention a few.

Packaging: Each approved cartridge is sealed in a protective foil bag, specifically designed to create a shield against light, moisture and to form an electrostatic barrier. The cartridge is suspended in styrofoam, eggcrate end caps or other protective material and placed into our custom printed box. The cartridge is now worthy to bear the "NewproNet" name.

In closing: While the process as outlined above is only a basic description of our manufacturing process, it does not disclose other critical and proprietary measures... Measures that are essential before being labeled a "Genuine NewproNet Toner Cartridge".
