Exchange prices are based on the return of a used cartridge

In an effort to offer you, our customer, superior quality products, at a fair price when you need them, we require the return of a used cartridge (core) for remanufactured cartridges & fuser units purchased with exchange.
When you select the exchange price, you agree and become responsible to return the used core(s).

We would greatly appreciate used cartridges & fuser units be returned within 20 calendar days of our ship date.
If you anticipate a problem or will be unable to return them on time, or at all, please contact us prior to our ship date to make alternate arrangements.
Used toner cartridges not returned within 20 calendar days will automatically be billed the difference between the exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $10.00 Late Fee for each used cartridge either returned late or not returned at all.
Used fuser assemblies not returned within 20 calendar days will automatically be billed the difference between the exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $20.00 Late Fee for each used fuser unit either returned late or not returned at all.

For your convenience, we will include a pre-paid "Core Return" label with your order
to return your used cartridges (within the 48 contiguous states).
(Label not included if returning for core deposit refund)

Some products require an advance deposit, most do not.
If the product page does not specify a core deposit, there is none applied.
