Returns Under Warranty| A sample of the defect from the users fax, printer or copier must be included. |

not use the "Core Return Label"! It is not a return authorization & does not have an R/A number. Any item received with a core return label is handled as a core return only! |

Returns NOT under Warranty
| Any products being returned for any non-warranty reason, will be at the customers expense. |
| Products must be received in
original condition and in factory sealed packaging. Reasonable exceptions may apply if previously disclosed by customer. |
