Returns Under Warranty

A sample of the defect from the users fax, printer or copier must be included. 
Do not use the "Core Return Label"!
It is not a return authorization & does not have an R/A number.
Any item received with a core return label is handled as a core return only!

  • We will generally ship a replacement cartridge (except for damage claims), at our expense, with the pre-paid R/A (return authorization) label. The defective cartridge should be returned to us within 20 days of the replacement ship date and include the following:
    • The original pre-paid R/A Label with the issued R/A number
    • A sample of the defect from your copier, fax or printer.
    • A properly filled out R/A form (enclosed with replacement order or faxed separately)
  • Should the defective cartridge not be returned within 20 days,  the replacement order will be billed and become payable.
  • NEWPRO reserves the right to reimburse on a prorated basis according to usage. As a standard policy, cartridges with more than 80% of the toner remaining would realize a 100% credit, while cartridges with less than 20% of the toner remaining realize no credit.
  • Refunds, Merchandise Credits and Replacements for returns under warranty vary:
    • Within 30 days: Customer has the option of a cash refund (less frt), merchandise credit or a replacement cartridge.
    • Within 90 days: Customer has the option of a merchandise credit or a replacement cartridge.
    • After 90 days: NewproNet may offer a replacement cartridge at its sole discretion, In that event, customer must accept the same replacement cartridge, return freight at customers expense.

  • Cartridges, under warranty, that are replaced in advance and found not to be defective or within our warranty guidelines, or if unit reported to be defective is not returned, the items are billed with an additional $10.00 processing/handling fee, all freight charges (in and/or out) and the item itself (exchange or non-exchange as per our return policy).

Returns NOT under Warranty

Any products being returned for any non-warranty reason, will be at the customers expense.
Products must be received in original condition and in factory sealed packaging.
Reasonable exceptions may apply if previously disclosed by customer.

  • Customer will assume the responsibility of returning the product(s) at the customer's expense and include all of the following:
    • A copy of the original customer receipt
    • The issued R/A number clearly marked on the box
    • A properly filled out R/A form (provided to customer via email)
  • Returns are at the customer's expense - customer has the choice of shipping method, however, a signature proof of delivery and insurance are strongly recommended.
  • Customer shall pay all freight costs incurred by NewproNet on the original shipment and/or subsequent shipments, including, but not limited to, local courier fee, common carrier and/or any other air upgrades.
  • Refunds and Merchandise Credits for returns not under warranty vary:
    • Within 30 days: Customer has the option of a
      • If for a cash or credit card refund, less a 30% restocking fee or
      • If for a merchandise credit, less a 20% re-stocking fee.
    • Within 90 days: Customer will be issued a merchandise credit, less a 30% re-stocking fee.
    • After 90 days: NewproNet may, under unique circumstances and at its sole discretion, offer a merchandise credit, less a 40% or more re-stocking fee.
  • If returning Genuine (OEM) products, the re-stocking fee doubles. Since these products are genuine, they cannot be repackaged into a genuine box, nor can they be re-sold as genuine original products.
