NewproNet Company Policies

The NewproNet Product Warranty for remanufactured products applies to end user/consumer purchases only.

Genuine NewproNet remanufactured toner cartridges and fuser units hold a 90 day / 3 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and are further warranted to meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) standards for performance and print quality when used under similar circumstances in compatible printers.

Toner cartridges remanufactured with MICR toner, or colors other than black and ink jet cartridges, are limited to 30 days from date of purchase and covers only defects in materials and workmanship.

Products found to have been misused, abused or tampered with are not covered under this warranty. Examples of misuse or abuse include but not limited to are; improper packaging resulting in damage during return shipment, storage in areas subject to extreme heat or cold, and refilling of a cartridge by anyone not directly authorized by NewproNet.

NewproNet also warrants that, subject to conditions as stated herein, and under normal use, our remanufactured toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printer or copier.

If a defect in a NewproNet remanufactured toner cartridge or fuser unit damages a printer, NewproNet will repair or reimburse, at our option, the full amount of that service or repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing sufficient evidence that the damage was due exclusively and specifically to a defect in a NewproNet product (which must be returned to NewproNet). This evidence must also include a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the field sales or service representative who claimed the damage was due to the NewproNet product and how. Any repairs or services performed prior to receipt of authorization from NewproNet will not be considered valid under this warranty.

NewproNet's liability herein, shall be at its sole discretion and limited to replacement, repair or reimbursement as provided for above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
