• We offer a 20 calendar day return policy to receive a full core deposit refund - the 20 days is based on our original ship date, not the order date
• Cores returned beyond the 20 calendar days, are subject to the following schedule:
  • from 21 - 30 days, 75% credit
  • from 31 - 45 days, 50% credit
  • from 46 - 60 days, 25% credit
  • over 60 days or more, see Buy-Back Rebate Program
• All core returns for core deposit refund are at the customers' expense - customer has the choice of shipping method, however, a signature proof of delivery is recommended.
• To avoid errors and duplications you "MUST" include the ORIGINAL "Core Return Packing Slip" with the cores, NOT A COPY.
  • If you submit a copy, we will issue a core credit, not a core refund (credit can be used for a future purchase only)
  • If you do not include any of the documents accompanying the cores, you will not receive a core credit at all.
• Cores lost or damaged in transit are the customers' responsibility.
• Core Refunds are issued after receipt of suitable exchanges as follows:
  • If core deposit was originally paid for by Credit Card, core refund is generally issued within 10 - 15 business days
  • If core deposit was originally paid for by Check or Cash, core credit is applied as a merchandise credit, valid towards a future purchase only.
